The most awaited head mounted wearable computer, Google Glass is coming in January 2014.
Tim Moore, one of the early Glass Explorers said “We’re happy to finally let you in on this exciting news. One of the first wearable technology items Rochester Optical will be producing are custom prescription, fashion, and sport lenses for Google Glass, available for purchase in early 2014.”
Tim Moore will join the prescription lens project of New York-based company Rochester Optical. Interesting thing is that the price of the Google Glass prescription lenses will be in the same range as other starndard prescription lenses and it will be available in different colors and customers can match according to their Glass.
“The arm mount will fit Google Glass perfectly, and it will be available in a number of colors that will match Glass colors,” Moore said.
