Google Bulletin App – Anyone can Publish Local News Effortlessly

Google has announced a hyperlocal news app Bulletin that enables anyone to submit news that matter to the local community more than any other audience in other corners of the globe. This app is a platform for knowing the local events like what is going on in nearby restaurants, hospitals, change in opening or closure timings of a local store or an update about popular shopping avenue.  At present this app is in beta phase and launched for two cities Nashville and Oakland.

Google empowers PageSpeed Insights with Real World Data

Google is determined to provide developers highly accurate recommendation based on real time data. They have recently announced the data from the Chrome User Experience Report will be used by PageSpeed Insights to enhnace the accuracy of recommendations. PageSpeed Insights have also been modified to be close enough with real-world data.

Resonance Audio by Google promises better Spatial Sound for AR and VR apps

Google seems serious on improving the audio experience everywhere irrespective of what device does user prefer. An immersive audio experience can do wonders to the user perception. With this  motive Google announced a new SDK called Resonance Audio. This SDK will make flat things look more fine and alive by ensuring high-fidelity 3D sound in VR, AR and 360-degree videos.

Fuchsia is Google’s secret mobile OS

At present the purpose of Fuchsia is not very obvious. It will utilize the microkernel Magenta to control the basic hardware functionalities. Interestingly, the source code can be compiled and run as an Android app because it is developed using Flutter SDK that runs on Android. It is based on a new Google-developed kernel called Magenta. Let us explore this mysterious mobile Operating System that is now trending by the name Fuchsia.
