Box offers 50GB free cloud storage to users who try its Apple iOS App

Cloud Storage Box has launced its new iOS App and is offering 50GB of free cloud storage to users who try the new version of its Apple iOS app. Rememeber, Box is already giving 10GB of free storage to users who signs up for a personal account and now it is offering 50GB free storage with the launch of its new iOS App.

“We’ve overhauled our app to make it super-fast, simpler to use and more immersive. The result, we believe, is the best content viewing and collaboration experience available today for your iOS device,” Box wrote in the blog.

To enjoy the 50GB of free cloud storage from the Box users need to:

1. Sign Up for a Box Account if you don’t have.
2. Install the Box new app for iOS (iOS 6 or later) and then sign into your newly created account.
3. If the app is already installed, you’ll need to sign out of your account (within the app), then sign back in.
4. Wait for an e-mail confirming that your account has been upgraded to 50GB. You need to claim your free storage by clicking the confirmation link within that e-mail.
5. All Set !! Your 50GB cloud storage will be available for your Box account.

The new version of the App has simple user interface with added advantages including preview capabilities for 100+ file types, Convenient grid views, search feature in documents and much more.
