Tez payment app is Google’s Smart Initiative towards Digital India

According to recent report by The Ken Google is all set to launch its India specific  cross-platform payments app, Tez. This app will provide a platform for country move towards cashless economy. The release of Tez can take place on upcoming Monday.

Tez will have a digital wallet with support of UPI (Unified Payment Interface). You can  store currency inside app and do money transfers at no extra cost supported by simple and secure checkout process. Interestingly, it will support credit cards and popular third-party wallets Paytm and Mobikwik.

Since November 2016, there is abrupt rise in number of digital wallets and digital peer-to-peer money transfers across India, Google cross-platform app will be helpful in handling it smartly. Tez is also likely to be launched as desktop version as well as integrated into other apps to enable safe and hassle free payments.
