Google announced on Google+ via Google’s Webmaster Trends Analyst Zineb Ait Bahajji this morning a new feature for app developers within the Google Search Console. Now you can see in the Search Analytics report a new report for “search appearance” that shows you app install button clicks.

Now Google Index First HTTPS Pages Before HTTP Equivalent Page

In a bid to further protect its users from cyber attacks, Google has announced that it will start prioritizing secure HTTPS URLs over regular HTTP ones, even if they don’t have any links pointing to them.

Angular’s version 1.0 was a big deal for the Web. When it was first previewed in 2009, it was an impressive framework that offered the ability to build complex single page applications in the browser.

Microsoft Delivers With New Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586

Microsoft recently launched an updated Windows 10 Mobile build, numbered 10586.29. Microsoft’s Gabe Aul calls the new edition of the company’s smartphone operating system a “Cumulative Update” for the preceding build, 10586.

 

Now, this new edition is for subscribers of the Windows Insider program in the ‘Fast’ ring, so it’s not for everyone. At the same time, any new build is welcome in the mobile Windows world. (more…)
